About the event

This workshop will introduce you to truffle growing. You will learn the conditions you need for truffles to grow, the types of trees on which truffles grow and pros and cons of each, the process to establish a trufferie or just a few trees, annual maintenance requirements, and where to find out more information.

This is a basic introduction for anyone interested in producing truffles for themselves or commercially.

We would recommend completing the truffle hunt on Saturday before this and consider the lunch at Mimosa.
