Learn about the basics of fungal ecology and why fungi are an important part of our ecosystem. Discover the basics of growing edible mushrooms at home, including different growing methods and ongoing care. This workshop includes a practical session where you will get to prepare and take home two varieties of oyster mushroom grow kits. A short guide included.
