About the event

Log inoculation is a technique of introducing fungus to a tree/log to grow on. This is a slower process than commercial farming and the resulting mushrooms are very high quality.

Shiitake mushrooms are incredibly nutritious and delicious and we’ll get you up to speed on how you can have your own supply at home using very little time, resources and effort. This workshop is conducted by Nourished Soverign.
