About the event
There is no better way to learn about the weird and wonderful world of forest fungi than to experience them first-hand in nature. On this fungi foray, our guides, master fungi photographer Stephen Axford and his partner in life and fungi, filmmaker Catherine Marciniak, will share what they have learned about the role of fungi in the ecosystem and some of the mind-blowing fungal science that gets more fascinating with every new discovery.
