Come and dine with us to celebrate the best of the South Coast's produce including the delightful Gulaga Gold Truffles. Enjoy a sumptuous three course menu offering expert pairing of local seafood, produce and truffle (hand selected by the truffle growers and dinner speakers Fiona Kotvojs and Alan Burdon). Each course will take you on a journey of flavors that are complemented by the inclusion of truffle. Menu follows:
Amuse Bouche Morel Consomme
Entrée Shark Bay scallops – cauliflower – Gulaga Gold truffle
Main 100 day grain fed eye fillet – roasted zucchini flower filled with truffled chicken mousseline – Jerusalem artichoke – sauce Perigord
Dessert Crème prise aux truffes
