Join this play based art workshop for 5 to 10 year olds to learn about fungi while creating artworks. The workshop will be led by Caitlin Brown, a local art, science and early childhood educator.

About the event
Caitlin Brown is a local art, science and early childhood educator who will be sharing her love of fungi and forests with children during two play based learning workshops at the wonderful ‘Good Vibes Studio’ in Bermagui.
Caitlin is also a photographer who has been capturing the great diversity of colourful fungi in the Bega Valley Shire for almost a decade.
“It is so much fun finding fungi. I adore all their different fruiting colours and forms and I often use my photographs to educate and inspire children to regularly visit our local forests with their families and observe these treasures for themselves.
Kids that love and respect our natural world thrive and they help create informed, healthy and resilient communities. I can’t wait to see what the children create in these art workshops.”
